September’s featured artists: Sheila Maldonado, Paul S. Flores, and an Open Mic, hosted by Sandra Garcia Rivera.

Bienvenidos a la Lunada, our Fall season line-up is officially underway. Under the lunar spotlight in September, visiting writer Sheila Maldonado, author of One-Bedroom Solo, bringing her Honduran/NYC flavor to the Mission. Also featuring a Bay Area favorite, Paul S. Flores, poet, playwright, novelist, hip-hop theater performer, local Delicado, and underground rock star. Lunada’s Open Mic features a diverse, multilingual, intergenerational array of spoken word, music, poetry, Mission and Bay Area lunáticos, from first timers to legends, under the full moon.
