If you were anywhere near a radio or computer in 2005, then you must be familiar with Calle 13’s single, Atrevete-te-te! Perhaps you sang along or did a little bumping on the dance floor to their song. The Puerto Rican duo busted on the Latin music scene in 2005 and has been making waves ever since. They are most known for their reggeaton/hip hop sound. Calle 13 has won a total of 19 Latin Grammy Awards and two Grammy Awards. And we say, not bad for two stepbrothers who were seperated in their youth.

Bay Area Bang Data is best known for their mix of hip-hop, beats, bass and drums. Their debut album, “La Sopa” represents the melting point of their Latin backgrounds. One listen to Bang Data and you’ll see their inspiration of Hip Hop, Rock, Reggae and Latin Music.
