Dust off those biclas kids! Get ready to ride in the Bay Rising Tour 2012. Organized by San Francisco’s own global mashup band Rupa & the April Fishes, in celebration of Earth Week 2012. This bicycle music tour will entail 200 miles around the entire perimeter of San Francisco Bay. Gear up for this bicycle-powered sound system that intelligently converts the leg-power of volunteer bike pedalers from the audience into electricity to run the sound system. What better way to tour the Bay Area and local music? The tour begins at Stanford University on April 19th and ends on April 28th at The Independent.
