If you missed Bomba Estéreo’s sold-out show last month then you’re in luck because Bogota’s exhilarating electro-cumbieros will bring the fuego back to the bay with their psychedelic cumbia Monday May 23rd at The New Parish in Oakland!
The group, originally from Bogota, has a unique sound. Bomba Estereo blends electronic, rock, and hip hop music with traditional sounds of cumbia and Champeta. With the presence of their feisty front woman, Li Saumet, they’ve gone to make more than just instrumental tracks.
